Uncle-Niece Incest Series

I'm looking for a particular toon (doujin?) series in which a teenage girl goes to live with her uncle (in France?) and is subsequently abused, degraded, and humiliated in every imaginable way by him and others. She grows to enjoy and accept it. In the final scene, they shave her head bald to complete the degradation.

Any ideas? Sorry for the open-ended question, but I'm sure others will enjoy this series if anyone can identify it.
