The daughter of a friend of mine in a differnet State which i will not mention got raped last night by her own father, she's only 4 yrs old.......I guess the asshole didnt want to pay child support so he pulls off this bullshit.......I hope he fry's for this.

If that was truely his motive then he should be shot. Whatever state he is in will take said child support out of the money he makes while he is in prison and pay it to the mother of the child until she is 18...then the money and any compensation will go to the child. They will also take any medical bills out of him this way as well. Provided he lives to see her 18th birthday. His type of scum doesn't usually live that long. I personally hope that he didn't hurt her to badly physically...a girl around that age was killed by her father about a year or two ago in the state that I live in. He broke her pevis and riped her open. Psychologically she may be hurt severely for years. I know this one from personal experience. What pocess someone to be this cruel is beyond my ability to understand...I do advicate Capital punishment for this type of crime against humanity. My blessings be upon her and my curses upon him...May he feel her pain a Millions times over before he dies a slow agonizing death.

He won't last when he gets to prison, people. Statiscally, people who do this to children don't make it for very long in the prison system no matter what state they are in. Even hardened convicts hate these type of people. They'll wind up giving him a shank in the joint, never fear about that. I personally know someone who had this happen to her that is very special to me. The years of therepy that this child will have to go through will be extensive to say the least. May this individual burn in hell for eternity.

Here is the deal with this jerk.......for awhile now he has been trying of get custody of his daughter from her mother but he doesnt want the other 3 kids that are also his ( The other 3 are alot younger than the 4 yr old ), Now what makes no since to me is that the idiot didnt want his other kids only the oldest one......He had visitation rights but instead he decided to show when he wanted to and just bluntly took his own daughter out of her mothers house and during the time that they were gone before the cops found them litterally raped her more than once, ( They found a huge amount of evidence inside her ), I agree with the previous post once he's in prison I really dont expect him to last very long cause once they find out what he did then he's as good as dead. :thehunt

I just learned that his bail was set at 15,000 which isnt high enough, he shouldnt even be able to post bail, The only good thing is that if he does post bail that he'll be under house arrest until the court hearing....Thats the good news now the bad news......They did some more test on the daughter and discovered that he wasnt the only one that raped her apparently he had a friend with him at the time this was going on but from what i've been told he's not talking so no one knows who the other guy is and here's the kicker his new G/F that he's been with for some time now is only 14 or 16.....He's 24, and the State that he lives in thats a 3-4 year sentence alone for haveing sex with a child under the age of 17, and no he doesnt live in the same State as his daughter does so I have no idea what there laws say about underage sex all I know is that they are trying to get him thrown in for at least 20 years.

This is why I'm still uncomfortable about incest fantasies involving Father/daughter situations especially involving violence. Too many real life situations of fathers attacking daughters and news stories of mothers and even old ladies being violated and killed by young men. It is NOT sexy!

When I was young I and my friends would fantasize about the hot lady down the street who was ready to show some kid the 'facts of life'. Eventually , when I was a little older, my dream came true!

But this sort of horror is different. Hating him and imagining a gruesome death for him would soil us and drag us into the same twisted world of hate that he inhabits. A quick and simple execution, not to take revenge, but simply to send him to a higher court or at least provide emotional closure to the victim seems beyond our system of justice and many peoples thinking.
