take her out to dinner and dancing. romance her like you would your best girlfriend. it is amazing what some drinks and close dancing will do. also a romantic setting will help you.

I think Texson's idea is a nice way to "glide" into it. Make sure there are plenty of slow songs. :) Take it easy though, just in case she isn't in that mindset you don't want to freak her out or make her uncomfortable. Too bad there isn't a sure fire handbook of advice. God I am so damn glad I don't have to make that first move now that I'm older. All the signs were pretty obvious, and I do mean ALL. ;)
