Its become almost clear that a cousin is nailing his 14 yo adopted daughter. But there's no way to prove it. It could be reported to DHS but without catching them in the act or one of them confessing there's no way to prove.
Its just seeing them together walking down the street with their arms around each other and the way she's treating him just like a boyfriend and she's in love. I've watched it progress over the years and I'm not so sure the mother is not involved, how could she not notice the clinging. In the past this girl has given me beaver shots, managed to be alone with me, rubbed up close to me while she explored her budding sexuality, so its not hard to understand how she would do the same with her dad and how he could eventually be over come with desire.
I think I'll just sit back and watch and maybe in a few years when she's legal age maybe I can join in.
