i have 2 other people that live with me. Nothing has happened in the past. I hug and kiss her when i can, mostly when im alone with her. I sleep in my own room and she is down the hall. She's in her 40s and im in my 20's. She sometimes wheres a short nightgown, sometimes with panties and sometimes without. Never tried any moves on her though.

Try getting her to go out to the movies with you (something you'd both enjoy, you'd be surprised how many people don't consider the other in movie selection). Try inviting her out to do things (if you have money). If you're more the romantic, have a picnic or go for walks on the beach or on hiking trails.
