A bit of yoga to loosen up those spinal vertebrae? And being really long would help, I'd imagine...

I remember an SNL skit of a guy in yoga classes doing this... I find it much easier to just find a cute girl (preferably one who likes you) to help out in these situations.

I thot this one was on here before. You need to be quite limber to do it. I was able to get just the head in my mouth in my college days, but I would enjoy it more when my sis did it. BJs did not seem as common in those days as among kids now days.
